Meet GenomeScan at the 34th European Congress of Pathology taking place on 3-7 September 2022 in Basel, Switzerland. With pathologist from more than 100 countries also attending the event, we are happy to be exchanging perspectives on bettering diagnostics with NGS methods, and learning about the recent advancements in the field.

Why meet GenomeScan?

Patients and diagnostics have always been at the heart of GenomeScan’s mission. We work in close collaboration with different university medical centers in Europe. Thanks to these, we have a good understanding of workflows that can benefit from next generation sequencing (NGS) methods. We also gather expertise on cancer genetics and relevant NGS solutions with our Oncology unit. Also in line with our mission, we strive to assist companies in moving from different phases of preclinical and clinical development more quickly, more affordably and more effectively.

About European Congress of Pathology (ECP)

ECP is the largest gathering of pathologists in Europe. In line with a mission to promote “high quality pathology diagnosis for all patients, up-to-date education across Europe and support cutting-edge research to understand disease and translate science into clinical practice”, the congress is organized by the European Society of Pathology.

2022 edition of ECP promises an exciting program. One of the many fields covered is molecular pathology, which includes multiple sessions, symposia and poster presentations on topics including personalized oncology, predictive diagnostics, cancer biomarker detection, patient stratification in clinical trials, bioinformatics, and AI and deep learning approaches in cancer pathology. With many parallels to GenomeScan’s expertise fields, we will be taking home different perspectives of pathologists to advance our knowledge and offerings even further.

We look forward to connecting with you at the ECP!
