Why is this event important?

Bringing a precision medicine solution to patients comes with a unique set of challenges, especially for early-stage life sciences companies. In this event, representatives of Johnson & Johnson will discuss how to successfully navigate collaborations between startups, pharma companies, academic groups and government. They will also discuss the business models that support innovation. These will be followed by three panel discussions on 1) diagnostics & biomarkers, 2) patient stratification using data sets, 3) digital applications for Real-World Evidence studies, all of which will aim to dive further into specific issues such as:

  • Regulatory pathway and integration in standard-of-care
  • Governance of health-related data, infrastructure and system integration
  • Patient involvement, impartiality of data, and the protection of data privacy
